Shipping
Your order is prepared and shipped within 24h via Colissimo (La Poste), with parcel tracking. Allow 48h for delivery within mainland France.

Track my order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you can't find it, write to us with your order number.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be unworn, with its tags and original packaging.
In the European Union, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
To start a return, contact us and we'll send you the shipping instructions. Items sent back without a prior request cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is accepted, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damaged item or wrong order
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or not the one you ordered, let us know right away and we'll fix it.
1-year warranty
All our jewellery is guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturing defects and loss of colour. If your piece tarnishes or has a defect, we replace it — just contact us with your order number.
