Does your jewellery tarnish?

No. Our pieces are made of gold stainless steel: the material doesn't oxidise or tarnish over time, unlike brass and conventional costume metals.

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

Yes. The stainless steel we use is hypoallergenic and nickel-free — nickel being the main cause of allergic reactions to jewellery. It's suitable for sensitive skin.

Can I wear them in the shower or while swimming?

Yes. Stainless steel is resistant to water and sweat: you can keep your jewellery on in the shower, at the pool and at the beach, without taking it off.

How do I adjust the length?

Bracelets and necklaces come with a lobster clasp and an adjustable chain: just pick the link that suits you, no tools needed.

How long does delivery take?

Your order ships via Colissimo (La Poste) within 24h, with parcel tracking. Delivery takes 48h within mainland France. Full details on our Shipping & returns page.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return; the item must be unworn, with its tags and original packaging. In the European Union, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

How does the buy 1, get 1 free offer work?

Is my jewellery guaranteed?

All our jewellery is guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturing defects and loss of colour. If your piece tarnishes or has a defect, we replace it: contact us with your order number.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Wipe them with a soft, dry cloth after wearing and store them away from moisture. Avoid direct contact with perfume and household cleaning products. See our Jewellery care page.
